Using various sized therapy balls the Roll Model Method provides deep tissue conditioning using self-myofascial release (massage). 

This includes breathwork, CheckIn, ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction, and mental awareness.

Classes are filled with relevant exercises to target body 'blind spots' that need regular maintenance and attention.

 The four different Roll Model Therapy Balls provide a different size and density to help target various body areas uniquely and allow for varying pressure needs to help craft an individualized approach.
