Meet Erin Peddle
I found yoga when I was 19 and have been practicing regularly ever since. It completely transformed me physically, but more importantly mentally and emotionally. This experience is what drives me to be a catalyst for others to find their path to wellness. I have over ten years experience teaching yoga and fitness both in public and private settings to all age groups and fitness levels. In my classes I incorporate music, pranayama, mindful movements, deep core activation, and mindful meditation to create a practice that tones the body, calms the mind, and soothes the soul. I always encourage my students to make the practice their own by honoring their body, and taking care of their body in the way that is right for them. My goal is to create a space where all students can feel comfortable to explore, grow, and feel totally supported as they discover their own yoga practice.
