Pop-up classes and workshops offer students an opportunity to explore unique classes focusing specific topics or yoga styles. Examples include: Arm Balance and Inversions, Self-Myofascial Release, Yoga Shred, and Guided Meditation.

Relax, Roll, Reset - Neck, Upper Back, and Shoulders

Relax, Roll, Reset for the Neck, Upper Back, and Shoulders combines breath work, gentle yoga, and self-message using Tune-Up therapy balls to knead, soften, and stretch tight muscles in these specific areas.  Class is specifically designed to release tension, increase mobility, and help alleviate pain.

Students can expect to learn self massage techniques using Tune-Up therapy balls to target tight spots in the areas of the neck, upper back, and shoulders; then be guided through gentle yoga to further mobilize, stretch, and relax these areas.  Through this approach, students can expect to find a greater ease in the body and mind, as well as an overall sense of well-being and peacefulness.  

Yoga Tune-Up balls will be provided
